The manufacturing plants are equipped with state-of-the-art testing laboratory and qualified technical staff, to ensure that all aggregates and cement tests are carried out to internationally recognized standards.
Production & Quality Control of both physical and chemical tests on raw materials are carried out in the laboratory.

Washed sand is tested for chlorides, sulphates and silt content. A lot of trials and tests are also carried out, especially for the performance of the various concrete mixes with regard to absorption and permeability properties for durability purposes. A great emphasis is given towards quality by expanding the parameters of its concrete quality management model from Quality Control to Quality Assurance.
Environmental protection and safety are adequately and strictly implemented in our batching plants, which are installed and operated in accordance with the Municipality requirements of technical guidelines.
