SCC Concrete Blocks plant is spread across four and half acres land with state-of-the-art plant dedicated to produce Blocks, Pavers & Kerb Stones.

An Automated Batching Plant with sophisticated weighing scales that delivers batching accuracy with a maximum variations of 2%. The plant is equipped with a moisture Probe Device used to detect the water content in the batching quantity to maintain and achieve the standard Water Cement Ratio. Every batch goes through a stringent Consistent Compressive Strength Check. Besides strong concrete blocks, the customers have a great advantage of the superior finish of the blocks with IS standards which reduces the mortar consumption during plaster work.

The process of maintaining quality products begins from quality checks of the raw materials. SCC Concrete Blocks Plant has a fully equipped laboratory with advanced technology. The lab process begins with:

✦ Approval of Raw Material. 

✦ Pre-production checks that includes Sieve Analysis, Bulk Density, Impact Value, Crushing Value, Flakiness and Elongation. 

The plant is capable of producing 15000 blocks per day to cater to the large requirement of the market.
